Art Studios

Delta hosts 14 resident artist studios, these vary in size from 114 sq ft to 476 sq ft and are available with long or short term leases. The studios are affordable as our range of sizes offer artists the opportunity to find their ideal space within their ideal budget. The cost is inclusive of rates, heating and lighting.

Resident artists enjoy 24 hour access to their studios. The common room acts as a hub where all users of Delta Studios can take a break to meet, eat, drink or just chat. Parking space exists at the front of the building which is located within a secure industrial estate. In addition Delta Studios has its own 24 hour alarm system.
